Paper Submission
The paper submission is done on-line through the EMC EUROPE 2022 on-line conference system
Please register and login to submit your paper. Please use the same E-mail address for this as for the conference registration as this will be used as a cross reference between the two systems.
Authors are invited to submit original contributions on all EMC-related aspects in the technical areas listed in the “Call for papers”. Only full 2-column papers 4-6 pages in length, in IEEE format, will be considered by the deadlines. Templates for Word (A4) and LaTeX can be found here. The paper should clearly explain the originality and the relevance to EMC and should be uploaded in PDF-format through the EMC EUROPE 2022 on-line conference system.
Before submission convert your contribution to PDF through the IEEE PDF eXpress tool (using conference ID: 51680X). Click here for detailed instructions.
Once you are logged-in onto the EMC EUROPE 2022 on-line conference system, select ”Your Submissions” and click on the title of your contribution. In the right column select ”Upload Final” and fill-in all requested information.
For every paper, the electronic IEEE Copyright Form needs to be signed. Therefore select in the right column ”Electronic Copyright Form” and follow the instructions shown on your screen.
Advance registration (with the registration fee paid) of the author of the paper or at least one of the co-authors is required at the same time as final submission. Papers without at least one accompanying author registration (reduced or student if applicable) will not be processed. However, one (co-)author is allowed to register for multiple papers.
We aim at running EMC Europe 2022 as a physical event. However, due to uncertainties in how the pandemic situation
will evolve during the coming weeks and months, we will give authors that cannot attend on-site the possibility
to present their work digitally and see to that those papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore.
The exact format for the digital presentation and how it will be executed will be defined in due time.
