The following general conditions apply to all purchases of conference participation on this website (www.emceurope2022.org) unless otherwise stated. Special conditions may apply in some cases and are then specified separately.
Make sure that you belong to the target audience for the conference and that the purpose and content meet your needs. We only accept orders through our web portal. Each customer must be 18 years old or have parental permission to buy from us.
Save the receipt e-mails you receive from us (sender: firstname.lastname@example.org).
We reserve us for misprints and misinformation due to technical or human errors. Changes to the following conditions must be agreed in writing between the Seller and Buyer to be valid.
All product prices (conference participation) on this website are in Euro currency and local VAT of 25% is included.
Payment is made through our website with credit card, or by invoice. Common to both ways is that the fee must be fully paid before the opening of the conference, i.e. September 5, 2022.
You can feel safe with card payments via this website, we work with SwedPay for secure payments over the Internet. SwedPay payment is PCI Certified by Visa and MasterCard. For security reasons we do not store sensitive payment information, such as card numbers. All payment information is encrypted on the payment server at SwedPay which is secured using SSL certificates.
When purchasing with credit card will your account be charged at the time of ordering. Receipt for card payments is issued in connection with confirmation of your booking by e-mail.
The buyer is given on completion of payment access to purchased conference participation, under current pricing, between from September 5-8, 2022, at the Swedish Exhibition Centre, Gothenburg.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions
Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to Content Avenue AB. Email: email@example.com
Cancellations until July 5, 2022, will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees except a 50 EUR administration charge. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for refund. In case of illness can another person participates in the Buyer’s place, however this must be communicated to Content Avenue AB no later than 14 days before the opening of the conference.
Content Avenue AB is not responsible for non-performance in case of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, among others strike, war, law or natural disasters.
